Be creative with the letters of the alphabet – J for Joy!
It’s not everyday we find our training joyful. It’s natural and it’s a part of life in general, we have ups and downs. But if you struggle with finding the joy most of the days, if you’ve gotten stuck in the same routine or simply want to shake things up a bit and have fun, the best thing to do is act and ask yourself – what can I do today to make the training more joyful?
In this exercise we invite you and your horse to have fun together, through bounce jumping – with a twist! (keep the poles on the ground, elevate them into small cavaletti or bounce jumps depending on the level of difficulty you prefer). Try both directions!
