Exercise: The infinity track.
This exercise develops control of the straightness without the support from the wall. You’ll also work on your rhythm. Continue indefinitely and keep the circles round and neat.
Place 7 poles or small fences as shown in the picture. Start in any direction and ride across the poles in preferred gait. Vary between doing small circles in the corners, 8-formations and riding across the full track.
