Motivation and what you feel about something often goes hand in hand. Sometimes we need to create motivation by tuning in to our passion. To really feel that we are putting our heart and soul into the things we do. Passion involves not being scared of failing, being confident and open to learning. It requires trusting your gut!
Regardless of how large or small the job is, you will become consistent and focused to do the things more consciously. You will learn to solve the problems at hand and focus on improving your present rather than worrying about the future. To do things from your heart with passion you will also learn to be more empathetic, to understand from someone else’s perspective and develop a better understanding of yourself and others around you. This can eventually increase your motivation in your riding but also in your life in general.
For you who feel a lack of motivation, try to connect with your heart and passion. Connect with the love and the empathy for yourself and your horse and you will discover that motivation can be created.
